Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order, no minimum. We ship within 1 to 2 business days and send you tracking as soon as the label is created.

There is no minimum order and no threshold to clear. Every order ships free within the United States.
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship to Canada or any other country. If you are outside the US, write to support@fabbruccio.com and we will let you know when that changes.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
The Florence, made to order
The Florence is built to order. Most sizes ship in 4 to 6 weeks from the order date. You will receive an email confirmation with your estimated ship window immediately after purchase, and a second email with tracking when your pair leaves the workshop.
Every other style is held in stock and leaves the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days.
Returns are unaffected. The 60-day return window on the Florence starts from the date your pair is delivered, not the date you ordered.

If your tracking has not updated in more than 3 business days or you believe a package may be lost, email support@fabbruccio.com with your order number. We respond Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
