Returns Policy

The short version

• 60 days from delivery. On everything, including the made to order Florence.
• 90 days for Paragon members. Thirty beyond the standard 60. Your window is shown on your account, on the order it applies to.
• Free return shipping. We send you a prepaid label.
• Free size exchanges. Any size, no questions asked.
• Refunds within 7 business days. To your original payment method, once the return reaches us.
• Unworn and unused. In the original packaging, with the dust bag included.

Starting a return or exchange

Email support@fabbruccio.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it posts.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• In the original packaging, with the dust bag.
• Returned within your window, which is 60 days from the delivery date on your tracking confirmation, or 90 days if you are a Paragon member.

If an item arrives in a condition that does not meet the above, we will contact you before processing.

Paragon members

The Paragon Program extends the return window from 60 days to 90, from the same starting point: the delivery date on your tracking confirmation. Nothing else about the return changes. The prepaid label, the free size exchange and the 7 business day refund are the same.

Membership is worked out from your orders, so there is nothing to join and nothing to claim. Your current window is shown on your account, on each order, and the Paragon page explains how a tier is earned.

Condition requirements are the same for everyone. A pair returned on day 89 has to meet them exactly as a pair returned on day 3 does.

The Florence, made to order

The Florence is made to order, and it is covered by the same return policy from delivery as every other style: 60 days, or 90 if you are a Paragon member. If the fit is not right or you change your mind inside that window, email support@fabbruccio.com and we will handle it the same way.

The window starts at delivery. For a made to order pair that means your window runs from the day it arrives, not from the day you ordered.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free. If you ordered a size and want to try another, just let us know when you email us and we will ship the replacement once we confirm your return is on the way back. You pay nothing for the exchange or the shipping in either direction.
