The Paragon Program
Paragon is what buying more than once earns you: a longer window to change your mind, and a longer warranty behind the pair. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay. It is worked out from what you have spent with us, and it does not expire.
The short version
- Nothing to join. Membership is worked out from your orders. No card, no fee, no application.
- Earned by lifetime spend. Every order you complete counts, for as long as you have been buying.
- It does not expire. No annual reset, and no minimum to stay in.
- 90 days to return, instead of 60. With the same free return shipping in both directions.
- A longer warranty. Against defects in workmanship and materials.
The tiers

Two tiers, Emerald and Ruby. They are names and nothing more. There is no card to carry, no badge on your account, and no colour attached to either one.
These are the current figures. If a threshold changes, the change applies from the day it is made, and no tier already earned is taken back.
How your tier is worked out
We add up the total of every order you have completed with us and subtract anything refunded. When that total reaches a tier’s figure you are in that tier from that moment, and you stay in it.
An order that is paid and being made counts as soon as it is paid, so a pair ordered today counts today rather than on the day it arrives.
Orders you placed before you had an account count too, as long as they carry the same email address.
Refunds are subtracted. A pair sent back does not count toward a tier, which is the only honest way to run it.
Returns
The standard policy, for everyone, is 60 days from delivery, with free return shipping in both directions and free size exchanges. That is not conditional on anything and it does not change.
Paragon members have 90 days from delivery instead of 60. Everything else about the return is the same: the prepaid label, the free exchange, and the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of the pair reaching us.
Returns are arranged by email. Write to support@fabbruccio.com with your order number and we reply within one business day with a label. Your window is shown on your account, on the order it applies to, so neither of us has to work it out.

Warranty
Every pair carries a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Emerald extends that to 12 months, and Ruby to 18.
A claim is handled by a person, not by a form. Write to support@fabbruccio.com with your order number and a photograph, and we will make it right.

What Paragon is not
It is not a points scheme. There is no balance to watch, nothing to redeem, and no expiry date to catch you out. We would rather extend the window on the pair you already own than run a currency.
It is not a discount. The price of a pair is the price of the make, and it is the same for everyone.
It is not a tier of product. Emerald and Ruby describe your account, never a boot. The full-grain leather, the cherry-red soft leather lining and the Goodyear welt on the Florence are the same for a first order as for a tenth.
